About Webb & Baker

Webb & Baker was founded in 2019 by Emily Webb Doskow, following more than a decade working for families with multiple homes, where she managed directly employed estate staff and oversaw the work of external vendors and firms like the one she now leads.

Those years on the client side continue to shape how the company operates today—providing thoughtful, consistent oversight, and taking responsibility for how homes are looked after day to day.

No two homes or clients are the same. Each has its own rhythms, requirements, and people involved, as well as its own priorities and preferences. Our role is to understand what matters most, and to ensure each home is cared for accordingly, whether that means maintaining things to a particular standard, or taking a more measured, long-term approach that avoids unnecessary spending.

Whether a primary residence, a secondary home, or a property held as an asset, we ensure the home is maintained to the standard set by the owner and ready for use whenever they wish.

We work with diligence and discretion, coordinating vendors, overseeing maintenance, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the home. Our approach is considered and personal—combining structure and accountability with a level of care that reflects how people actually live.
