EMILY WEBB DOSKOW
Founder and Director

Having spent the first decade of her career at ABC News and Condé Nast in New York City, Emily developed a natural ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations with accuracy, efficiency, and discretion.
From 2006–2018, before founding Webb & Baker, she held senior roles within single family offices, directing day-to-day business operations and overseeing the acquisition, development, and management of residential properties in London, St. Barth, Aspen, New York City, the Hamptons, and Los Angeles.
When she is not taking care of clients and their homes, Emily enjoys practicing yoga and meeting friends for matcha.
FARAH AFNAN
Client Manager

Farah brings a diverse background in project management, client relations, and operations to her role at Webb & Baker. She manages client needs, coordinates projects and service providers, and works across multiple priorities to ensure a seamless experience for clients and their properties. Her highly organized, detail-oriented approach helps her anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Originally from Seattle, Farah has called Los Angeles home for many years. Outside of work, Farah enjoys live music, dinner parties with friends, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
JUAN PADILLA
Facilities Manager
WEBB & BAKER | LOS ANGELES
Originally from Michoacán, Mexico, Juan was raised on a farm that grew corn and beans. At the age of sixteen, he moved to the United States to live with family in Los Angeles. With more than 30 years of construction experience, Juan has broad knowledge of all of the trades, but has particular expertise with concrete, rough framing and finish carpentry. Prior to joining Webb & Baker, Juan spent 15 years with Minardos Group, one of LA’s top, custom build, construction firms, where he rose to the rank of Superintendent. After Minardos, Juan worked as a Facilities Manager for a single family office where he oversaw the maintenance and improvement of a portfolio of exceptional properties in Pacific Palisades. Outside of work, Juan enjoys spending time with his family and caring for his chickens and his horse, Conde.
