EMILY WEBB DOSKOW

Having spent the first 10 years of her career in production and public relations at ABC News and Condé Nast in New York City, managing complex, high-pressure projects with accuracy, efficiency and discretion is second nature. From 2006-2018, before founding W&B, Emily held senior roles in single family offices, directing day-to-day business operations as well as overseeing the acquisition, development, and management of exceptional residential properties in London, St. Barth, Aspen, New York City, the Hamptons and Los Angeles. When she is not taking care of clients and their homes, having fully embraced the Angelino lifestyle, Emily enjoys practicing yoga and meeting friends for matcha.
LEA ROMANO
Property Manager

Lea is a first-generation, native Angelino, who was raised in a large Italian family. From a young age, she identified as a creative person, which led her to study architecture at the University of Southern California. After graduating from USC, Lea worked as an Architectural Designer II at RIOS on high-end residential, commercial, and public civic spaces at scales ranging from 2,500 to 250,000 square feet. Lea’s architectural background is her “superpower” in her work as both a property and a project manager. When she is not managing trades and designing small home improvement projects, Lea loves to play cards and learn new recipes with friends and family.
JUAN PADILLA
Facilities Manager

Originally from Michoacán, Mexico, Juan was raised on a farm that grew corn and beans. At the age of sixteen, he moved to the United States to live with family in Los Angeles. With more than 30 years of construction experience, Juan has broad knowledge of all of the trades, but has particular expertise with concrete, rough framing and finish carpentry. Prior to joining Webb & Baker, Juan spent 15 years with Minardos Group, one of LA’s top, custom build, construction firms, where he rose to the rank of Superintendent. After Minardos, Juan worked as a Facilities Manager for a single family office where he oversaw the maintenance and improvement of a portfolio of exceptional properties in Pacific Palisades. Outside of work, Juan enjoys spending time with his family and caring for his chickens and his horse, Conde.
